&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*

Cordelia found that she was once again confused. Ordinarily, that wouldn't bother her much, because such occassions tended to be few and far between, but of late, the frequency of the feeling was becoming more and more prevalent, and it was starting to... bother her! She was, after all, Angel's Seer, so...

Her eyes traveled yet again across the lobby, to the open door of her Boss' office as she heard another quiet chuckle slipping out on the air. She'd *thought* that Angel and Liam were barely able to tolerate each other, and yet... she'd arrived at the hotel that morning to work as usual, only to find her eternally broody vampire friend not only *awake*-- at what was, for him, an un-godly hour of the day-- but also sounding... happy? And she supposed that she could have understood that, if it had been Willow he was closeted away with, but... *Liam*? She shook her head slowly, entirely unsure as to what to make of it all, and forced herself to smile at the human version of her Boss when he emerged from the office bearing two mugs. "Hey, Liam," she said, trying to disguise her rampant curiousity, "How's it going?"

The human smirked slightly to himself. He may have only known this human version of his world's Queen C for a few days, but... that was more than enough time for him to learn how to read her, and... He smiled, externally this time, as he crossed the lobby and stood in front of the coffee machine. "Still *good*, Cordelia... just like an hour ago... Why do you ask?" He could barely contain his amusement when she rolled her eyes and snorted softly in impatience, but he did, and as he walked back to Angel's office, the mugs full, he paused by her desk. "Seriously, Cordelia," he said quietly, "What do you want to know?"

Cordy stared at him for a moment then, her brown eyes narrowing, but finally she decided to just get it out in the open. "What's going on?" she demanded baldly, "I mean, yesterday you two were barely being *civil*, and I'm fairly sure that *that* was just for Willow's benefit... Then you take her to dinner, and I think we *both* know what you did after that, which *I'd* think would make him hate you *more*, not less, and now?!" She took a much-needed breath and blinked quickly before continuing. "*Now*, you two are all... 'best-buddies', and I just don't *get* it!"

He almost laughed aloud at the look of consternation on her face, but he forced himself to hold it down to a small chuckle. "Well," he said after considering for a moment, "Let's just say that... Angel and I discovered that we have a lot more in common than either of us thought..." A small tinge of wickedness crept into his smile, and his voice, when he continued, was slightly rougher. "And that certain... things... aren't exactly as due to his vampiric nature as he might have originally believed..." His smirk grew a bit wider as he turned and strode quickly to the office and through the door, this time closing it firmly behind him.

Her eyes were wider than they'd been before as she stared fixedly at the closed door, because... he *couldn't* have been saying what she *thought* he was... could he? And if he *was*, then... Her face twisted into a small grimace when she heard the low moan coming from behind the door, and she forced her eyes to the files in front of her, even as she turned the volume up on her small radio. There were some things she just didn't *want* to know, Seer or not!

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

He walked back into the office, and shut the door behind him as he stared fixedly at the dark-haired vampire sitting behind the desk. He put the mugs down on the wooden surface and turned away. "There's your coffee," he said, his voice still husky, and getting more so by the moment. "Why don't you take a break?" he said silkily, sitting down on the leather couch, one hand resting lightly on the straining bulge in his jeans. He didn't know what was happening to him, but... as soon as he'd started to... 'explain' things to Cordelia, he'd found himself getting... arroused, and maybe it was because he hadn't had a male lover for so long-- at least, until the prior night-- but... He raised one eyebrow and smiled daringly at his vampire-self.

Angel was about to refuse the idea of taking a break, mostly because he hadn't really gotten much work done, what with the amount of time he'd spent talking with Liam, but... then he made the mistake of *looking* at the other man, and... an un-needed breath caught in his throat as he took in the sight of Liam's long, warm body, almost laying on the couch, and he unconsciously licked his lips when he saw the other man's tanned hand stroking his hardness through the denim he wore. He pushed himself from his chair and rounded the desk, his own cock hardening rapidly. "Why *don't* I..." he answered smoothly, sitting down beside his newest lover. A soft rumble escaped him when he felt Liam's hand stroking him through his slacks, and he slumped down a bit against the cushioned leather beneath him.

Liam smirked wickedly as he unzipped Angel's pants and slipped his hand through the opening, and he watched the vampire's slitted eyes as he moved his warm fingers up and down over his cool, hard shaft. He chuckled at the other man's groan of discontent when he pulled his hand away, and he reached for the small silver button holding the waistband tight.

The vampire groaned again when his button was unfastened, and once more while he watched Liam's warm, capable hands pulling the fabric back from his cool skin. He arched his hips slightly, and moaned when the human pulled his slacks down to his knees. "Liam..." he started, just a touch dangerously, only to swallow his own words as the man's hot, wet mouth engulfed his throbbing cock. His fingers fastened themselves in Liam's short, dark hair, and his head fell back as his human-self displayed only one of his many talents. A small smile crossed his lips as he moved one hand from the man's bobbing head, and slid it down his ribcage, and over his abdomen, finding the jeans-encased hardness hidden beneath.

The Eternal Warrior groaned around the pulsating cock in his mouth, and groaned again, deeper, when he felt the cool fingers unfastening his pants. He bent forward just a touch more, giving Angel better access to him, and moved faster on his new lover's turgid member as he felt the vampire's cool hand staring to stroke him. He manoeuvered himself carefully, peeling his jeans down a few more inches, and his eyes rolled back as he felt his sac released from the denim.

His eyes were tightly closed, and his hand was moving faster and harder on Liam's cock, and... he was buried almost balls-deep in the human's hot mouth, and he could *feel* the slight scrape of teeth, along with the heavy suction, and... they were in his *office*! And that little bit of added excitement was all it took... he pulled his hand from the human-him's hair, and bit his own flesh, in an effort to stifle his scream of release. He felt Liam tensing as well, and stroked him even harder, grunting in satisfaction as the hot seed exploded over his fingers, and he continued to shoot streams of cool semen down his lover's throat.

They were so focused on what they were doing, that it wasn't terribly surprising that they didn't hear the voices outside the office, but they definitely *did* notice it when the door suddenly opened, and a *very* confused redhead stared disbelievingly at them for just a moment before turning and running away.

"Oh, shit..." Angel said quietly, his orgasm still racing through his blood.

"Exactly." Liam responded, jumping to his feet and tucking himself away while the vampire did the same. He started after their girl, not caring that he looked like he'd just been thoroughly man-handled. "Come *on*, damn it!" he called over his shoulder, "She didn't look *happy*!" He started up the stairs, surprised only for an instant by the speed with which Angel had caught up with him.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

The redhead had rolled over in her bed, still halfway asleep as she reached out for the cool body she remembered being there the night before. Her eyes opened the rest of the way, however, when her searching hands found nothing, and she frowned slightly as she looked at the clock. It was too early for Angel to be up and about, she told herself, wincing as she rolled from the bed and made her way to the bathroom and the shower that seemed to be calling her name. After washing quickly, and brushing her teeth, she moved gingerly back into her bedroom.

She didn't think she'd ever been so sore in her life, and... a small smile bloomed on her lips as she rubbed her slightly abraded wrists. He'd been so... angry... and possessive... and tender, all at once, and... she'd loved it! Of course, she didn't have much choice about that, because... she was fairly certain that if Angel wanted to tie her up with leather straps, and slap her with a dead fish, she'd enjoy *that*, too! She giggled slightly at the mental image, even as she pulled a simple skirt and tank top over her pleasantly aching flesh. It was true, though, she told herself... She *loved* Angel, and... she knew, deep down inside, that he'd never do anything to really *hurt* her. Although she *did* wonder why he hadn't bitten her yet. Ah, well, maybe he wasn't ready to take things that far just yet, and while she appreciated his desire to go slowly, she really wished he'd just... get *on* with it!

Or maybe, she frowned, as she made her way down the hall to the grand staircase, maybe he didn't love her? He hadn't *said* he did, after all... maybe she was reading something into his actions that just... wasn't there? She shook her head, angry at herself for even *thinking* that. He wouldn't have gotten all jealous about her and Liam if he didn't care. She was so caught in her own thoughts as she reached the lobby that she didn't notice the louder than usual music playing, *or* see Cordelia trying to stop her, and she strode quickly across the thick rug and walked into her lover's office, only to stop, utterly shocked by what she saw. The shock swiftly became a crushed feeling, and one hand flew to cover her now-gaping mouth as she turned and ran back across the large lobby and up the stairs to her room, this time not noticing the two men who'd just walked in from the street.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Wesley's eyes flew wide when he saw Willow... sweet, calm Willow Rosenberg... running across the lobby and up the stairs as though the very hounds of hell were on her trail, but they were still nowhere *near* as wide as Gunn's were when first one... then *another*... *Angel* burst from the office the girl had just fled. The two men looked at each other for a moment before Gunn suddenly laughed. "A spell, man," he explained to the baffled ex-watcher, "It's *gotta* be a *spell*!"

Cordelia glared at the two laughing men before grabbing her bag from under her desk and stalking angrily towards them. "You two are just so... *lame*!" she cried, irritation and concern clear in her voice, "You *know* Willow doesn't screw up spells anymore!" She sighed at the returning looks of confusion on their faces, and grabbed them each by one arm as she steered them out into the sunshine. "Come on... have *I* got a story to tell *you*!" She wasn't sure of just how the two of them would react, but... they'd better not do or say *anything* to upset Willow... any more than she already *was*, anyway. She pulled them along, unresisting, and ushered them into the coffee shop, sighing as they sat down at a corner table... She'd have to find a bar or something to hang out in soon... after all, too much caffiene made her jittery.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

She was laying on her bed, crying wildly, and she wasn't exactly sure of why. She'd *wanted* her two lovers to get along, and from the looks of what she'd seen, they *were*, and the recollection only made her cry harder. They'd looked so... perfect together, and... judging by the way Angel's head had been thrown back, and the way he was biting his own hand... she sobbed. Maybe they didn't want *her* anymore. Maybe they'd discovered something in each other that she could never give either of them, and... maybe Tara had been right, all those years ago. Maybe she *was* destined to be alone... forever!

She shook her head slightly, even as she wept, knowing that that wasn't really what her ex-girlfriend had said or meant, but... still, it looked like it might be true! She'd spent her entire life waiting for something... perfect, and once she'd actually found it...? She *lost* it, and to the other part of the perfection! She'd been foolish, she knew now, to think that they would want her... *love* her. They were... strong, and smart, and beautiful, and... forces for good! And she was... well, she was just... Willow Rosenberg. Hacker, web-surfer, fairly powerful witch, and regular back-up for the *real* Warrior, but... nothing special, and she wondered why she hadn't seen it before. Why *would* they want her... *either* of them...? Especially when they so obviously had each other now?

He could hear her heart-breaking sobs, even through her door, and he knew that Liam could too, and he glanced at the human, relieved to see the same anguish on *his* face that he knew was on his own, but when his living-self would have knocked upon the locked wood, he stopped him with a short shake of the head. "Talking isn't going to get it done, Liam," he said softly, more sure of *that* than he was of anything other than his feelings for the redheaded witch. He shook his head again and reached into his pocket, selecting the master-key to the hotel from his keyring, and he very slowly and quietly used it, sliding the keys back into his pocket once he'd actually opened the door a crack.

Liam nodded his understanding, and slipped silently into the room behind his vampiric double, and when the demon-him began undressing, he smiled slightly and mirrored his actions. He followed Angel's hand gestures, and moved to the far side of the bed, quickly positioning himself on the mattress beside her while the vampire did the same on her other side, their hands joined on the small of her back.

"Here now," Angel said softly, almost afraid that he'd frighten her, "What's all this, Will?"

"Yeah, Willow," Liam said, equally quietly, "What's wrong, dearest?"

Willow's eyes were wide, and had been since she'd felt them slip onto the bed to either side of her, and... she didn't understand what they were doing there, but... they'd asked what was wrong, and... "I... You... and then, and I..." She shook her head and buried her face in her pillow as the tears fell faster. "Why?" she mumbled, into the soft cotton.

Angel glanced over her, his baffled eyes meeting the equally confused ones of his human-self, but somehow 'Huh?' didn't seem like the right thing to say, so... "Why what, Will?" he asked gently, pulling his fingers from Liam's and softly stroking her shaking back, "Why... what you saw downstairs?" He sighed when she didn't answer. "I don't know the why of that, Will," he continued, his fingers tracing soothing circles on her spine, "It just... *happened*, and..." He shrugged, his eyes begging the human-him to help.

Liam nodded slowly, and turned his full attention to the smallish redhead they both loved... and he *did* love her, he realized, and *not* because she reminded him of the poor, dead Willow from *his* world, because... she really didn't. They were entirely different people, and... much as it felt like he was betraying his former love, she'd never had the kind of hold on him that *this* Willow did, and... she never would have. "It... it felt *right*, Willow," he said softly, resting his head beside hers on the pillow as he murmured into her ear, "It just felt... *right*. More right than anything has in a very long time..."

She began sobbing harder, hearing his words, but... as he continued, she felt herself becoming almost... giddy.

"When the Willow in *my* world died, I..." he swallowed hard, but forced himself to go on, regardless of how she might take what he had to say, "I thought I'd never feel whole again. And it seemed like I wouldn't, but... then I came *here*... and I met *you*, and..." He sighed, burying his face in her hair and inhaling the sweet, soft smell of her. "And you're not her, Willow; you're so much *more*... And then *Angel*, and..." He shrugged slightly, pressing himself against her side. "You *love* him. *I* love *you*. And you could never choose to be without him; I *know* that! So, I... I chose for all of us." He stopped then, hoping she understood.

Angel could hear her heart beating a good bit faster, and the stench of despair was almost gone from her, but... not quite. "I did, too, Will," he added to his human twin's words, "I chose not to make you choose." He almost gasped at the stunned disbelief in her eyes when she turned her face to him, but after a slight pause, he went on. "I... I know you love Liam, just as I know you love me, and... *We* can make you happy! We *want* to make you happy, Will... But if knowing that Liam and I are... friends... bothers you, then..." He shrugged himself, ignoring the sharp look his other-self shot his way. "Then, that will *stop*, right *now*."

She knew her eyes were red, and swollen from crying, but... she didn't really care, because... They *both* wanted her? They wanted the *three* of them to be... *together*? It was almost... unbelievable to her, even though she'd wanted the same, herself; mostly because she'd never actually thought she could *have* it! She took a moment to process the happy news, and after a moment, a brilliant smile spread across her face. "No..." she said softly, her voice bright despite its quietness, "You two are... *good* together. I was just... thrown, I guess, at walking in on you like that..." She shifted about until she was laying on her back, her eyes flicking back and forth between the two men on her bed, and she grinned a bit more widely when she saw the healing bite on Liam's chest. "So... what happens now?"

Liam exchanged one long, amused look with his vampire-self before chuckling, low and wicked, against her ear. "Well, *now*, dearest," he said silkily, one hand sliding under her tank top while Angel unzipped her skirt, "We make this into what it should have been in the *first* place..."

"Mm-hmmm..." Angel purred, against the warm skin of her belly, as Liam finished pulling the top over her head, "We make this... *right*... and *perfect*..." His tongue crept out, and lightly circled her navel as she writhed slightly between the two of them, and he pulled away as a thought struck him. "You, ah... don't mind if I..." he started, hesitantly, his eyes closing when her small, soft fingertips brushed over his cheekbone, "I mean, I'm *going* to claim you, Will... You *know* that, right?" He purred softly, pressing his face into her sweet carress.

Willow giggled softly at the low rumbling emerging from her vampire's lips, and reached her other hand out to carress her human in the same fashion. "Yeah," she said softly, her voice trembling slightly with anticipation, "I know, Angel... and I can hardly wait..."

End.
