~~Part One~~

"Would you keep quiet?!?  Buffy'll hear you."  Willow whispered. Spike and she had been dating secretly since he called her after the trip to Fantasy Island.

"I'm being as quiet as I can."  Spike replied.  He and Willow were moving some of Willow's things out of the dorm room.  Spike had asked Willow to move in with him.

"Well, be quieter."  Willow was a little nervous.  They didn't want the rest of the gang to know they were dating.  As far as they knew, Spike and Willow were just friends (due to the incident on the island and the aftermath).

"Fine."  Spike said, dropping a box on the ground.

"Spike!"  Willow yelled.  Buffy stirred, and Spike fell to the floor.

"What's going on?"  Buffy said, almost sitting up.

"Nothing.  I was just having a bad dream."

"I'll stake the bleached wonder if you want me to."

"That's okay Buffy.  I'm alright."

"You should really talk to him.  I don't think these dreams are doing you any good."  Buffy said, falling back asleep.

Spike heard her heart slow, and realized she had fallen asleep.  He stood up, and asked, "Dreams? You dream about me?"

"Sometimes.  It's not a regular occurrence."

"Certainly sounds like it."

"Shut up, and start taking stuff out."

"Getting demanding in your old age."  Spike muttered with a grin on his face.

"Hey, you listen. Why not?"

*****

"That's all the boxes and stuff from this trip.  Do you think Buffy will start noticing that my stuff's missing?"

"The Slayer notice something? That'll be the day."

"It's not nice to make fun of my friends."

"Don't get your knickers in a twist.  You would have said it too."

"What I say about her is different.  She's my friend.  You two hate each other."

"Well, maybe I should become well-liked by your friends.  Then breaking the news won't be as bad. Maybe they'll even like it."

"Okay.  Tomorrow when we're at Giles', you and I will sit down, and chat."

"Why?  That's not going to get me in good with them."  Spike interrupted.

"No, but they still think we only stand each other because we have to. So, before we can work on you becoming friends, we have to let them know that we're not enemies anymore."

"Deal.  But are we going to have to 'discuss' our feelings infront of them?"

"I don't think we'll have to, but we will have to sit and chat for at least half and hour for them to think that we're really trying to be friends."

"What are we gonna talk about?"

"Well, I guess we could talk about almost anything unless one of them comes near us, then we'd have to talk about something else, related to being friends."

"I think we should have some topics ready.  You know, in case you don't see them coming and I do, or vice-versa."

"Good idea." Willow thought a moment.  "We should talk about stuff like what happened on the island, how we feel about it, and stuff like that."

Spike glanced at the clock on the wall above the kitchen sink.  "Time to get you back to the dorm. It's almost dawn, and I wanna walk you back."

"Okay."  Willow picked up her bag, and the two started on their way.

*****

"Well, after a little bit of time, I can really move in.  You know, tell Buffy that you're helping me or something."

"Me help you?  You're the brain here."

"Yeah, but you do know about history and stuff like that.  You lived through it."

"True.  What say...a month or so?"

"Yeah.  That sounds good."  Willow looked up and noticed that they had reached her dorm  "Well, we're here."  Willow stood on her tippy toes, and kissed Spike.  "Love you."

"Love you, too."

Spike stood there watching Willow's retreating form.  Just as she was about to enter the dorm, she turned and yelled, "Don't forget to be at Giles' at dusk!"

"I won't!"  Spike yelled back, then turned and began his journey home.

*****

Spike turned the knob, and walked into his apartment. There on his couch sat the last person he thought he'd see.

"Sire."

"Spike."  Angel replied

~~Part Two~~

"What do you want?" Spike's montone voice travelled through the apartment.

He walked into the kitchen without further looking at his Sire.  He opened a bag of blood, and put it in the microwave.

"I'm here to talk."  Angel replied.

"About what?"

"That's up to you.  I'm on vacation, and figured I'd drop by and see how my childe is doing."

"Favorite childe." Spike corrected.

"Favorite childe." Angel confirmed.

"Want blood?"

"If you're buyin'."

Spike opened another bag, and when the microwave beeped, he pulled out the bag, and poured the contents into a mug. "Here."  He said, pushing the mug at his Sire.  If it had been any other vampire, Spike would have drank the first mug.

"Thank you.  I didn't know you still had manners."

"You don't know a lot of things."

"Maybe not, but I do know that we haven't talked in awhile.  What's wrong? You used to call me all the time.  Ever since you got back from the vacation you haven't called me all that much."

"I've been busy."  Spike said, not wanting his Sire to know of his relationship with Willow.  **He'd just yell at me, and tell me I'm not good enough for her.**

"Doing what?  Did my little boy finally make a friend?"  Angel said in a 'motherly' tone.

"You could say that."  Spike tried to keep the emotion and thought of Willow out of his head and voice.

"It sounds like you're in love."

**Damn it!  How does he do that?!?**  "Maybe."  Spike replied.

"Who is it?"  Angel demanded.

*Should I tell him....NO  He's my SIRE! I will not tell him.**

"Spike.  Tell me.  I won't tease."  Angel said, trying to sound as sincere as he could.

"No."

"William.  Tell me, or I'll beat it out."

"Fine. Fine.  It's Willow."

"Willow?  Spike, tell me.  Come on.  I won't tease.  I promise."

"Willow."

Angel looked at Spike a little puzzled, and a little baffled.  "Does she return the feeling?"

"Yes.  We've been together since we returned from Fantasy Island. None of them know.  They still think we hate each other."

Angel raised his nose in the air.  "She's here?"  He questioned.

"Was.  We're moving her in.  Her stuff's here."

"Moving her in?  How if they don't know?"

"We're going to keep quiet about it.  Today, we're going to 'talk' at Giles' so that everyone thinks we're gonna try to get along. Does the Slayer know you're in town?"

"No.  I wasn't sure if I should tell her."

"Yes.  I don't feel like dealing with a brassed off Slayer.  It was hell last time.  And then I was chained to a tub."

"Sorry."  Angel finished his mug, and handed it back to Spike.

As Spike took it over to the sink, he asked, "Where you stayin'?"

"I was hoping you'd let me stay here."

Spike walked out of the kitchen without answering.  A few minutes later, he returned to the kitchen, and handed Angel a blanket and a pillow.  "You can take the couch.  Shower's down the hall on the left.  Don't come in my room."

Spike walked back down the hall, and took a right.

Angel heard Spike's door slam, and then moved to the bathroom. On his way, he set the blanket and pillow on the couch.

He stripped and stepped into the shower.  Letting the water warm his body before he began to wash up, a small moan escaped his lips.

*****

"Willow.  How'd you sleep after the dream?"

"Pretty well." The witch said, pretending to be just waking up.  She was lucky enough to get into the dorm room before Buffy was getting up for class, and slip into her shorts and tank.  "You?"

"Okay."  Buffy sighed.  "I have a test today in my psych class."

"Did you study?"

"A little, but not enough."  Buffy said as the phone rang.

Willow quick grabbed it.  "Hello.  Buffy and Willow's room."

"Pet, it's me."  Spike said into the receiver.

"Hey, something wrong?"

"Yes unless you think that my Sire being in town is a good thing."

"Oh.  Where-"

"Is he staying?  Here.  He's taking the couch."

"But, what about-"

"You coming over?  Don't worry, I already told him.  He's agreed not to say a word."

"Okay.  Don't forget our plans for later."

"I won't.  See ya later.  Love you."

"Ditto."  Willow replied, then hung up the phone.

"Who was that?"  Buffy asked.

"Oh, just a friend."

"You have plans for later?"

"Um...yeah...no.  I mean, yes, but not today."

*****

"Spike do you mind if I borrow your phone?"  Angel asked knocking on the blond's door.

"Go ahead."  Spike yelled out, then rolled over and fell asleep.

Angel picked up the phone on the end table next to the couch.  He dialed the familiar number and waited for an answer.  "Angel Investigations.  Cordelia Chase speaking."

"Cord, I'm here."

"Oh, hey Angel.  How's Mony Mony?"

"He's fine.  He's also allowing me to stay at his place."

"Well, let me know if you need anything.  Oh, and tell Anya the colors are blue on red with black."

"What?"

"Oh, it's just something I was telling her about the last time she called here for Giles.  You know, when they needed info on the Ragar demon."

"Okay. Blue on red with black?"

"Yup."

"Okay.  I'll call you later."

"Bye."

"Bye."  Angel said, hanging up the receiver, and laying down on the couch.  A few minutes later, he was asleep.

~~Part Three~~

'You call me strong
You call me weak
But still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I never let you down
You stumbled in and bumped your head
If not for me then you'd be dead
I picked you up and put you back on solid ground.

If I go crazy then will you still call me Super--'

The song was abruptly cut off as Spike slammed his fist into the alarm clock.  He rolled over, then realized that there were a pair of eyes on him.  Not opening his eyes, he growled, "Peaches, I told you to stay out of my room."

"Peaches, now that's a new name for me."  A feminine voice said.

Spike's eyes shot open.  "Pet, what are you doin' 'ere?"

"I figured it would look even better if we walked into Giles' together. That way, we don't have to really pretend to be having a conversation. We could just tell them that we already talked."

"How'd you get in?  I didn't give you a key, yet."  Spike said, still stuck on the fact that Willow was standing in his room.

"'Peaches' let me in."  Willow said, gesturing at the door.  Angel stood in the frame, not in the room.

"You told me not to come in."

"That's right."  Spike replied to his Sire.  "Let me get a shower, then we can get going."

"Am I going?"  Angel asked.

"If you want to."  Willow said, walking out of the room with Angel.

While Willow engaged Angel in a conversation, Spike took his shower.

*****

"I'm 'Enery the Eighth I am, 'Enery the Eighth I am I am.  I got married to the widow next door.  She's been married seven times before. And everyone wants an 'Enery. 'Enery! She wouldn't want a Willy or a Sam.  No Sam!  I'm 'er eighth ol' man I'm 'Enery.  'Enery the eighth I am.  Second verse same as the first ....."

*****

"What is that noise?  It sounds like someone being tortured?" Angel asked.

"That?  Oh that's Spike.  He likes to sing when he's in the shower. That's a different song.  Usually it's 'Hit the Road Jack', or 'Friggin' in the Riggin', or 'Flesh for Fantasy', and the occasional 'Highway to Hell'."

"You're calling that noise singing?"

"I've come to call it Spike singing.  The only way you can even stand it, is if you're totally in love with him."  Willow said, then blushed deep red at her admission to Angel.

"It's okay, Willow.  He's feels the same way about you.  Plus, I have been in love with him.  I know the feeling.  Receiving his love is certainly a blessing. He doesn't give it to just anyone."

"I know.  I'm surprised his demon even lets him love."  **Boy, Angel's really talking a lot.  I don't think he's ever said more than a sentence to me.

"The demon doesn't let him love.  It's usually the demon that falls in love."

"You mean his demon loves me."

"Unless he's really good at fighting his demon."

"But that could be a posibility?"

"Not likely. But yes.  I think the two of you have some stuff to discuss." Angel replied.

"Like what?"  Spike asked, walking into the room.  A towel was wrapped loosely around his waist, and he had another one that he was drying his face and ears off with.

"Just stuff.  I think we will have to talk at Giles' anyway.  Angel can keep everyone distracted so they won't really know what we're talking about."

"Sounds like a plan.  Let me get dressed, and then we can be on our way." Spike turned, and walked back to his room.

He reappeared five minutes later wearing black slacks with a black leather belt and plain silver buckle, a white undershirt tucked into the slacks, and a navy button down unbuttoned.  "Wow. What's with the change of clothes?"  Willow asked.

"What?"  Spike asked looking over himself.  "A guys not even allowed to change his clothes without being berrated."  He walked over and sat down on the couch.  After putting on his socks, he grabbed his dress boots from the side of the couch and put them on.

"Going somewhere special?"  Willow asked.

"No.  It's just my Doc's won't...don't go with the outfit."

"Okay, Mr.Fashion-Sensitive."

Spike just glared at his favorite little witch.  "Let's go."

*****

"When is Willow going to get here?!"  Buffy exclaimed.

"Maybe she's gone out, and we should start without her."  Giles suggested.

"No.  She told me she didn't have any plans.  I just hope she didn't go to Fang's place without me."

"Why would she go there?"  Xander asked.  "It's not like they like each other."

"No, but she's been having these dreams, and I told her to talk to him.  I didn't mean for her to go alone.  He could hurt her."

Xander pointed to his head.

"Xander, I already know there's nothing up there."

"Hey!!  I was getting to the chip.  Remember, he can't hurt her."

Before Buffy could respond, the door bell rang.  Giles walked over and answered it.  "Willow, you know you don't have to ring the bell."

"I figured that you probably get tired of us just walking in, so I was trying to be nice."

"Oh, well, then, thank you.  Good evening Spike and Angel."  Giles turned around, and was about to walk into the living room, when he spun around.  "Angel! What are you doing here?"

"Visiting."  Came the quiet answer.

*****

While Angel was the object of questions and bashing, Spike and Willow were off in the kitchen talking.

"Angel and I were talking while you were in the shower.  I said that I was surprised your demon lets you love, and then Angel said that it doesn't, that it actually loves first.  Then I asked if it was your demon in love with me, and he said possibly, but that you might be stronger than the demon.  And I was just wondering if you're demon loves me or not?"

"Does it matter to you that much?"

"I guess that's a no." Willow's eyes dropped to the floor, and she looked, for lack of a better word, sad.

"Willow." She didn't look up.  Spike gently cupped her chin with his hand, and lifted her head.  "Willow, look at me."  Her eyes met his. "I am stronger than my demon.  Much stronger.  And I do fight with him over you, but not because he doesn't love you.  Because if it were up to him, you'd be in my bed.  Every
minute, every hour, every day of your life.."  Willow began to blush.  "So don't ever doubt how deep my feelings are for you.  I love you, body and demon.  Wholy."

"Oh."

"Hey, Wills, you having a problem with Deadboy Junior?"  Xander said, as he walked into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator.

"No.  We were just clearing something up."

"Good.  I hope the two of you are friends again, because we're getting kinda sick of you two fighting all the time.  It's like you're married, but hate each other."

"Hey, Xander, get me a soda."  Anya said as she stood at the counter between the kitchen and living room.  "Hey, did you two patch up your problems?"

"Yeah.  I think we'll be getting along now."

"Good.  Hurry up Xander! Why don't you join us in the living room? We're picking on Angel."

"We'll be in in a minute."

"Okay."  Anya replied over her shoulder as she and Xander rejoined the group.

"Did you mean that?"  Willow asked.

"About my demon?"  She nodded.  "Willow, I cannot...I will not lie to you. The demon nor I.  Now, let's go pick on porky."

"Porky?  As in the pig?"

"Yeah, pet, who else?"

"Who's that?"

"Well, maybe if you come back to my place tonight, I'll be able to con my Sire into showing you."

"Oh, I'm definately coming back to you place."

~~Part Four~~

"Oh, come on.  Show 'er.  She came back here to see Porky, the least you can do is show it to her."  Spike whined.

"No Spike.  You shouldn't have told her about that."

"But I did, so just show her."

"Spike, I said no."

"No never stopped you before."  Spike replied.

"Okay, you're getting into details that I don't wanna know about. Spike, if Angel doesn't want to show me Porky, I'm fine with that."

"You shouldn't be.  I mean, it's not all that embarassing."

"I still can't believe you talked me into getting it."

"Well, you were right snookered, and the artist was living next door.  It was easy."

After another five minutes of Spike whining, Angel finally gave in. "I'll show her, but she has to promise not to tell a soul.  Not even Buffy or Cordelia know about this." Angel said to Spike.

"I'm right here. You can talk to me."

"Sorry.  Promise?"

"I promise."

Angel turned his back to her as he undid the button on his pants. As he began to slide the back of his pants down, Willow put her hands over her eyes.  "Angel!  What are you doing?"

"Showing you Porky.  Look."

"Willow took her hands away from her eyes just enough so she could see the little pig on Angel's ass.  "Oh my Goddess!  You must have had fun that night!"  She squeaked out between giggles.

Angel pulled his pants up and looked at Spike while saying, "I'm not the only one."

"What's that supposed to mean?"  Willow asked, looking at Spike.

"You mean he never showed you?"

"Showed me what?"

"I think it was towards to end of the '80s when he, Drusilla and myself met up.  The two of them were kinda angry with me running off after I got the soul.  So we decided to hang out and catch up. Well, we all got drunk off our asses.  So drunk that Drusilla was acting somewhat normal.  Anyway, we made our way
back to Spike and Dru's place. Spike then conned me into letting the tattoo artist that lived next door give me a tattoo.  I told the guy to put anything he wanted on my ass.  Then Spike made a request for a tattoo on his shoulder blade."

"Spike, you have a tattoo?!?"  Willow questioned.

"Just a little one.  I don't believe that you've never seen it.  And you, Porky, should never have brought this up."

"Willow, since he's not going to play along, I guess we should 'Avoid the Noid'."

"What?"  Willow didn't understand Angel's statement.

Spike slid the navy shirt off his shoulders and placed it on the counter in between the kitchen and living room.  He pulled the white undershirt off, and turned around.

"It's NOID!"  There, about five inches tall on Spike's right shoulder blade was a tattoo of Dominoes Pizza's spokes-creature, Noid.  "I can't believe that you had Noid tattooed on your back."

"You're not allowed to tell anyone."

"Fine.  I'll just call you Noid."  Willow whispered under her breath.

"What?"

"Huh?  Oh, nothing.  I think it's time for bed."

"Do you need me to walk you back?"  Spike asked.

"No, I told Buffy that I was going to stay here the night to talk with Angel."

"Then, see you in the evening Angelus.  Willow, come on."

"Night, Angel."  Willow said, giving Angel a hug then following Spike into the master bedroom.

"Sleep well."  Angel replied before getting comfortable on the couch.

*****

"We're gonna have to get you one now."  Spike said, once his bedroom door was closed.

"One what?"

"Tattoo."

"Well, maybe.  I guess."

"Good, I'll start looking tonight.  Maybe Angelus can design something." Spike stripped down, and put on a pair of boxers.

"Okay."  Willow said, putting on her cut-off jean shorts, and her baby doll top.

"You look even sexier in that than nothing at all."

"Spike, these are pajamas.  No one looks sexy in their pajamas."

"Well, you do pet."  Spike slid into the bed, and patted the spot next to him.  "Come on, luv."

"Coming, Noid."  Willow jumped into the bed next to him.

"Hey!  You can call me that in bed, but nowhere else.  Especially not in front of your friends."

"Fine."  Willow surrendered, knowing that she wouldn't win this conversation.

Spike wrapped his arm around Willow's neck, and rested his hand on the pillow in behind of her.  She put her head on his arm, and snuggled into his chest, to get as close as humanly possible. "Night, luv."

"Night, Noid."

~~Part Five~~

"Go slowly through the night
O baby, I feel the heal of time
I wake to find you sitting here
Cutting tangels out of your hair
Singing a song that's all wrong
Hey, but that's alright, I don't care
O darling forgive me
For all the misery yeah
I embrace an empty space
And your laughing song it fades"

Like the previous night, the music was cut off when Spike slammed his fist on top of the alarm clock.  He rolled over, and again, felt eyes on him.  "Luv, you gotta stop doin' this."  He opened his eyes, and jumped.  "Bloody 'ell, Slayer!  What are you doin' in my room?!?"

"Who did you think I was?"

"I asked you first!"

Buffy's face was pure digust.  "You stupid child.  Get dressed.  I'm too escort you to Giles'."

"I don't need you escorting me."

"It's not like I want to.  Giles is making me."

"Why?"  Spike questioned, crawling out of bed, and pulling a shirt over his head before Buffy could get the chance to see his tattoo.

"I don't know.  He said something about a new baddie and that it might not be demon, so you wouldn't be able to travel alone."

"Angel can take me.  Get out!"  Spike shouted, pushing the Slayer.

"Fine.  But if you die, it's your fault."

"What part of 'get out', did you not understand?!?"

"I'm goin'.  I'm goin'."  Buffy left the room, and told Angel that he would have to walk Spike to Giles'.  Angel agreed.

"Spike, why were you yelling at Buffy?"  Angel asked, walking into Spike's room, as the blond vampire rushed around the room and dressed in record time.

"Cuz, she'd want to take her jolly ol' time getting to the Watcher's house.  I want to be there as soon as I can."

"Why?"

"I haven't heard from Willow all day.  I want to make sure she's okay."

"If there was a problem with Willow, Buffy wouldn't be taking her time."

"Sire, you don't know.  The Slayer's always caught up in her own life to realize anything else going on.  Almost all of Red's stuff is out of their dorm room, and the Slayer hasn't even asked one question yet."

"Then, hurry."  Angel said, agreeing with Spike.

*****

The two made it to Giles' in record time.  "Is Willow here?"  Spike said, walking in the front door.

"She'll be here soon.  She just called from the dorm."  Buffy said.

"And no one's with 'er?"

"No, she said she'd be okay by herself."

"Slayer."  Spike growled, walking back out the front door, and dragging Angel along with him.

"Spike what are you doing?"  Angel asked.

"We're going to get Willow."

"Fine, but chill."

"I will not.  If anything happens to her, I'm going to kill YOU."  He growled.

Even though he was Spike's Sire, Angel said nothing, and followed his childe.

*****

"Red!"  Spike shouted, running and picking her up in his arms.  "You should have called me.  We would have come to pick you up."

"It's okay Spike."

"The Slayer told me about a new demon, and it may not be a demon which means I can't protect you."

"Oh, no one told me."  Willow said, wrapping Spike's arm around her.

Spike just glared at Angel.

"What?"  Angel asked, confused on the look his child was giving him.

"Told ya so."

Angel rolled his eyes, and made the couple hussle.

*****

"I believe I was mistaken.  There is no evil demon or spirit.  Actually it's just a daemon."

"A daemon?  Isn't that another word for demon?" Xander asked.

"Yes, but most people believe that all demons are evil, therefore some scholars decided to use the term daemon to describe a demon that for the good of mankind.  You see, we're all self-absorbed which makes us think that everything different than us is out to get us.  So we call everything a demon.  What kind of daemon is it, Giles?"  Anya interjected.

"It's a Silver daemon.  Which means that it lives off of silver, it's only food supply.  It can be confused with a demon or spirit, because it gives off a very similar aura.  I cast a spell this morning to see if there were any new demons in the area.  The spell made me believe that there was a demon, so I warned you.  After a little bit of research on the aura, while I was trying to conclude as to what kind of demon it was, I found that it wasn't a demon but a daemon."

"Okay.  So translated into English, that means we can go to the Bronze tonight?" Xander questioned.

"Without worries.  Yes."  Giles replied.

"Then, let's go."  Xander stood, and pulled Anya with him.  "You coming?"  He asked Buffy and Willow.

"Of course."  Buffy said, looking at Willow.

"I'll be right with you guys, I just need to talk to Giles real quick."

"Okay.  Angel, you coming?"

"Uh," Angel looked at Spike and then to Willow.  Willow nodded.  "Yes."  Angel allowed himself to be pulled along by Buffy.

"I'm surprised she's not taking Angel being in town so badly."  Willow said, once the others were gone.

"I as well.  I certainly thought she would have acted a little childish."  Giles replied.  "What was that you needed?"

"Nothing really.  I just didn't want to walk with them.  Ready Spike?"

"Whenever you are, pet."  Spike began walking to the door.

"Um, Willow, could I have a word with you?"

"Sure, what's up Giles?"  Willow said gesturing to Spike to go outside.

"It seems as though you and Spike are getting along pretty well."

"Yeah.  We talked."

"You didn't seem to be talking all that long yesterday."

"We talked during the day.  That's why."

"Oh, well then.  Have fun at the Bronze."

"Bye Giles."

*****

"What'd the Watcher want?"

"Oh, he asked about us.  Thought we'd gotten pretty close since yesterday."

"We've gotten a lot closer."  Spike said, wrapping his arm around her petite waist.

"Hey guys."  Angel said walking out form behind a tree.

"Angel!  You have to stop doing that."

"Sorry."  Angel looked quite apologetic.

"Why didn't you jump?"  Willows asked Spike.

"He's my Sire.  I can feel his presence."

"Oh....then why didn't you tell me?"

"Uh, I thought you saw him?"
