Author's Note #2- Ok, this first one is like a future fic that kind
of
explains what will be happening in the story. The next ones will be
actually
telling the story.

If you were a king
Up there on your thrown
Would you be wise enough to let me go?
For this queen you think you own
Wants to be a Hunter again
Wants to see the world alone again
To take a chance on life again
So let me go, let me leave

Buffy's POV-
She ran as fast as she could. Tears ran down her face and her breath
came in
short pants, but still she ran. She had no idea where or who she was
running
to, all she knew was that she was running fast and hard and long and
wasn't
going to stop until she got there. Finally she began to slow as the
realization of what had just happened hit her full force. Her entire
world
was being turned upside down and she was powerless to stop it; yet
she was
25% responsible for what was going on. The three other people that
where
responsible were probably in their own place, crying and thinking and
plotting. But she could only blame herself in this she started it all.
Few
people had called her selfish in her life, mostly enemies looking for
a weak
spot, but never people she loved until tonight that is. But it was
the truth,
Buffy Anne Summers was a selfish bitch who had just ruined her life.

Riley's POV
Looking around at his packed bags, he once again had to remind himself
why
his was doing this; love, hate, Willow and Buffy. God, how could he
had been
so incredibly stupid? He loved Buffy more then anything and knew that
she
didn't love him back. But sleeping with her best friend? That wasn't
even in
the category of being fair. True, she had cheated first, but she didn't
sleep
with Spike! Only kissed, but that was still cheating right? Besides,
Willow
was hurting and needed someone, but that was still no excuse. He was
just
selfish, plan and simple.

Willow's POV-
Shivering, she pulled her fleece sweeter closer and pulled her knees
to her
chest. Sighing she wondered when Sunnydale had gotten so cold. She
used to
love sitting out on her back deck swing, listening to music and just
relaxing; now she found that this peacefulness brought on memories
that where
better left un-remembered. She couldn't believe how dumb and cruel
she could
be! True, she hadn't brought it on but that didn't stop her from hurting
her
best friend and boyfriend! She should go to bed and try and not dream
of
seeing Spike and Buffy together.
**
Spike's POV-
Smoking one of his last cigarettes, he looked up at his apartment ceiling
in
disgust. He loved her more then his un-life itself, but did that stop
him? Of
course not! He had to go and play around with Buffy and destroy his
life with
Willow; maybe he really didn't deserve her. Maybe he should've just
kept his
feelings to himself and not started a relationship with her, then he
wouldn't
have to see her tears over and over. Then he wouldn't have to remember
seeing
them together in bed, trying to comfort each other from the pain both
of
their love ones had caused. Maybe then he would know some peace; if
not then
he could just stay up and mope, god he really was becoming a nancy
boy!

That night, three people and one vampire went to bed and tried not to
remember how their loved ones had hurt them.
