After a long morning of activities to keep their minds busy. Willow and Spike finally got to bed at about one in the afternoon. Lying in bed Willow began to sniffle and her body began to shake. Spike knew the last few days were finally catching up to her. Reaching out he pulled her into his arms and let her cry.
Willow turned to Spike and kissed him as he wiped the tears away.
“Better, Luv?” He asked.
“What are we going to do?” She asked shaken.
“We love each other and everything else doesn’t matter. Only us matters. I understand that some people are upset, Luv, but they’ll eventually deal with it.” Spike told her as he slid his hand through the hair, relaxing her.
“Okay, I love you Spike.” She said before she yawned.
“Sleep now, Pet. We’ll talk more later.” He said before snuggling down to sleep next to her.
