Kisses, Whiskey and Tequila

“Think they're all right?” Angel asked after he heard the door slam for the second time. Cordy shrugged.

“I’m sure they’re fine.” She said nonchalantly. Angel smiled. She pushed the tape into the VCR and settled back on the couch just out of Angel’s reach. As the credits started rolling he looked over at her.

“And my I ask what you think you’re doing Ms. Chase?” He asked. Cordelia shrugged.

“Watching a movie.” She replied. He smiled at her and pulled her into his arms.

“Not what I meant.” He whispered in her ear. She smiled and snuggled into his chest.

“This is a lot better now that I think about it.” She said smiling. He kissed the top of her hair.

“I thought so too.” He said. She looked up at him.

“You know you look much better without the brooding. All thought that’s pretty cute too.” She commented.

“So I’m just pretty cute?” He asked. She smiled.

“Well personally I think you’re just down right sexy but I didn’t want to boost your ego too much.” She teased.

“Sexy? I like that better.” He said smiling. Cordelia smiled up at him.

“Well as long as you’re soul is permanent you can be happy about it.” She teased. He lifted her face to his.

“Lately I’ve been thanking the powers more and more for that soul anchor spell.” He told her.

“And why is that?” She asked innocently.

“So I can do this.” He captured her lips in a kiss. She pulled him closer and the kiss deepened.

“You’re gonna miss the movie.” He whispered caressing her face. She smiled.

“Good.” His lips captured hers in another passionate kiss.

Spike found Willow two hours later at a nice little bar in Beverly Hills. He walked in contemplating exactly what he was going to say to her. When she saw him her face lit up.

“Spike!” She exclaimed as she threw her arms around him. “I missed you! I knew you’d come after me!” She squealed. Spike was taken aback by her sudden turn around. “Wait. I’m mad at you.” She pushed him away and her green eyes darkened instantly with anger. “Go away!” She yelled. He looked at her in shock as she sat back down at the bar. Then it hit him.

“How many drinks has she had?” He asked the bartender. The bartender stopped smiling at Willow and glared at Spike.

“A few.” He said curtly. He went back to smiling at the giggling redhead. He gave her a wink and Spike growled. He grabbed the guys shirt and pulled him over the counter.

“How many is a few mate?” He asked. The bartender pushed Spike off.

“Two shots of whiskey and three tequila.” He answered.

“What the hell made you give her that much?” He asked. The man shrugged.

“She was pissed about some guy who was messing with her head so I gave some to calm down and a few to loosen up.” The man replied. Willow began to giggle again.

“And boy am I loose.” She said. The guy brushed a piece of hair from her face.

“See baby, I told you it would work.” He said. Spike growled again and gently stood Willow up.

“Come on red. We're going to go back to Cordelia’s.” He said. Willow sighed.

“Fine! Spoilsport!” She said angrily. Then she turned back to the bartender all smiles. “Bye Joe.” She said waving. Spike practically dragged her out of the bar before Joe could reply. Spike placed Willow into the front seat of his De Soto and strapped her in.

“There we go pet.” He said as he started the car. Willow was still looking at him angrily.

“I am a big girl. I could've stayed there if I wanted.” She grumbled.

“First off pet you’re drinking underage. Second you wouldn't have liked where you ended up in the morning.” He explained to her. She didn't look as angry anymore.

“I'm a big girl.” She repeated. He sighed and looked at the redhead just across from him. Her drunken state only increased her look of innocence. He brushed a piece of hair behind her ear.

“Yeah, red you are.” He agreed. She looked at him and smiled. Then they pulled up to Cordy’s apartment. Spike helped Willow out and walked her into the house.

“We home!” Willow exclaimed. “Well, not my home, its Cordy’s home. Well, actually it’s Angel and Cordy’s home.” She babbled. She took her shoes off and threw her purse and heels into her room. Spike took his duster off and watched her walk around as if she didn’t know where she was going. Suddenly she threw her arms around him again. “Kiss me.” She asked softly. “Please?” Spike lips captured hers for a sweet kiss. Her lips drifted away from his lazily.

“You should go to bed pet.” He told her. She nodded. She turned to her room and opened the door.

“Why don’t you come to?” She asked him innocently. The statement shocked both him and her. Boy am I loose, she thought. He just watched her as she smiled at him invitingly and walked into the room. He stood at the doorway as she changed with her back facing the wall. She knew he was there but she didn’t really care. Under any other circumstances she probably would’ve been screaming. She slipped her dress off and he saw the moonlight shine on her pale skin. *She’s gorgeous* he thought. She slipped into a T-shirt and snuggled under the blankets. Spike looked towards Angel and Cordelia’s doors to make sure they were shut. Then he walked in and closed the door behind him.
