FELICITY. BtVS Intertext/Allusion.
In "Where the Wild Things Are," as the Lowell House's possession by poltergeist (the ghosts of the sexually repressed orphans who once lived there), Xander describes the strange events to Anya:
Anya, look around! There's ghosts and shaking, and people are going all Felicity with their hair . . .
Felicity was the title character, played by Keri Russell, of the WB television show Felicity (1998-2002). Xander refers to the new look--very short hair--sported by Russell/Felicity when the second season (1999-2000) began.
