Quick note: I glanced through one of the Angel comics in Waldebooks a couple of days ago. Angel barely looks like David! Surely, they can do better.

I have added 4 interesting pictures of David to the Angel Gallery. The pictures are from "Big Hit" magazine which is now defunct. Warning some of them are really large so it will take a while for you to open them. Thanks to Karen who scanned them and sent them to me from Sydney, Australia. I thought it was really cool of her.

Congrats to two Angel's Secrets fan fic authors for winning awards in the first Halo awards. Carla's story, "Second Coming" won the "Perfection in Angel fan fic award and Harpy's story, "Letters to Whistler" won for "Perfection in BTVS/Angel Crossover". Carla's story is exclusively posted on the Creative Works page of Angel's Secrets so check it out, if you've never read it. It's a great Angel fan fic!

Dreamer's new fan fic, "Everything You Want" has been added to the Creative Works archive. Please a minute to send the authors your feedback on their fan fic as it gives them the incentive to keep writing.
As for feedback, I need to know if you are having problems accessing the page now that I have added the Angel theme music and if the new image on the main page is clearer. Come on, folks! Email me so I can make a decision about whether or not to take off the music. Thanks.

I'm editing this note (6:13 p.m. ET) to say that I just saw David's fashion spread in Glamour's, August issue. Dottie was so right, David looks gorgeous, to die for:) There are about 5 huge pics of him with a model of whom I am soo jealous:) I particularly love the pic of him in the leather pants with legs spread, yummy! This is a must have Angel collector's item, folks.
As you can see, I have changed the main Angel image on the site's content page. I really like the new image though the color of the text appeared more magenta than red in Photoshop (the graphics program I created it in). My screen is 17 inches so the layout of the image and the text below appears differently than on smaller screens so please send me some feedback or post your comments on the Angel Board. Thanks.

Thanks to those of you who attended the chat on Tuesday. I know several people tried to enter the chat room, but were kicked out. I'm not sure how to correct the problem, but next time try using different aliases. It may or may not work. I'm not planning another chat until the new season begins so hopefully the chat room will be improved by then.

The Official Web Site of David Boreanaz has been launched so bookmark it for the lastest news on David. The sucky thing is that you need to download Shockwave to surf the site. I don't whose bright idea that was, but it is a mistake as many fans will not be able to access the site. If you can't surf the site, email the site administrator and them know. If enough people complain, they can modify the site so that you can view it without the Shockwave. That said, the site is nicely professionally designed, but it lacks personality, I think, or maybe it is missing the caring that I find that real fans put into their sites. Heck, maybe that's sour grapes on my part, give me your feedback! The official site has several new pics of David (some personal), interviews, articles, and apparently it will give fans an opportunity to send email to David some time in the future, but don't get your hopes up on that one.
Since I now have internet access at home, I'd like to host a Angel chat during the repeat of "Lonely Heart" on Tuesday, June 6, 2000 from 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Stop by the chat room and lets talk about the show, drool over David, or just give me your feedback on the site. First my good news, I finally have access to the internet at home which means that the updates will be more prompt and I'll be able to work on redesigning the site in reasonable increments.

I have to comment on David's role in the WB's party video which aired at the end of Dawson's Creek (there's info on the video on the Angel News page). First off, it was great to see that there were lots of shots of David in the video. This shows that the WB is appreciating him as much as we do:) I loved the scene where David was checking Shannon Dougherty out. I'm a big Shannon Dougherty fan, ever since she was a kid on "Little House of the Pairie." Does this date me or what?:) I watch everything that she does, I love "Charmed" so I was pleased to see that David and Shannon both have great taste.
On a negative note, what was up with David's clothes? This video was filmed in a Manhattan club called "Milk Studios." Who goes to a NYC night club dressed in blue jeans and a flowered white shirt? I go clubing in Manhattan whenever I get the chance and I've never seen anyone dressed like that and never want to. That said the video was pretty cool, pity Charisma wasn't in it.

I have posted my review of the season finale of Angel.
I just want to say, that initially when I heard that David would have his own show, I had major doubts as many of you who visited the site at time know. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed the first season of Angel. I think things can only get better. I would like to see more consistency in episodes with the plots being less mundane. However, the actors are outstanding as they have really grown comfortable with their characters who have in turn, matured. Who would have thought that I would ever love Cordelia Chase? She is maturing into an admirable woman despite her continued desire for all things material:) Wesley is no longer tenative, but has become a competent "Rogue Demon Hunter" and has turned out to be a loyal friend to Angel. As for our favorite vamp with a soul, Angel, David plays him with a nice balance of broodiness, anger, and subtle humor. I can't wait for next season.

I've gotten quite a few emails agreeing with my intense dislike for Ms. Prima donna Buffy at the moment. I guess she has inherited Cordelia's Sunnydale title of "Queen Bitch." Boy, did she live up to it in "Sanctuary. "Ugh! Just thinking about her pisses me off. So I've decided to create a page dedicated to our current dislike of Buffy. Send me your emails on how much you dislike her (remember to put your name) and I'll post them.

We continue to live in re-run hell so I haven't been updating the site. I have put info on an interview with David in US Weekly on the Angel News page, but I don't know exact date of the issue, just that it's the most recent one. If anyone finds out, I'd appreciate it if you email me with the info.

Ugh, apparently David was bumped from Rosie O'Donnell because she got lucky and Jeffery Wiggan (sp?), guy who life the movie "T he Insider" was based on, agreed to do her show. He might be on Monday's show so tape, it just in case.
