(The bartender looks at himself in the bathroom mirror. He tries to push the flap of lose skin back into place. Later, he walks up behind a young blonde in the bar, trying to act cool.)

BARTENDER: Hey, how's it going? Been noticing how gracefully you move, and I was wondering, would you like to dance or something? Because I wish I could move like...

BARTENDER: Hey excuse me, that's a beautiful dress you're wearing. It really brings out the color of your skin.

(...)

BARTENDER: Hey would you like a drink or something? Because I'm like the bartender here.

BARTENDER: I just want to talk to somebody...open up...I want to make a connection.

BARTENDER: Please, I just want to hold you.

(The bartender pulls a blond girl into an alley. Angel runs past a burning barrel into the alley, and launches himself feet-first at the bartender, knocking him away from the girl.)

ANGEL: Run!

(They fight. The bartender is still stronger than Angel, and they try to force each other into the flames of the burning barrel. Angel eventually uses the bartender's strength against him, and throws him into the barrel, knocking it over. The bartender catches on fire. Kate shoots, killing the bartender.)
