(Cordelia's living room.)

CORDELIA: Jeez, Dennis, it's like a meat locker in here. Don't tell me you turned down the thermostat again.

(The thermostat moves from 50 to 75.)

CORDELIA: Thank you. What is it with ghosts and cold rooms?

CORDELIA: (hit by a vision) Oh, what... Oh, no!

(A blurry picture, Gunn fighting something we can't see.)

CORDELIA: Oh. Ah. Dennis, phone!

(Cut to - Angel in bed as the phone rings.)

ANGEL: What's that ringing?

(He and Darla are lying out in the 'moon' in a couple of lawn chairs.)

DARLA: Nothing, darling. It'll stop.

ANGEL: Where is it coming from?

DARLA: Ignore it.

(Darla runs ice down his chest.)

ANGEL: Why are you so good to me, after everything I did?'

DARLA: Because, you and I are one. See? I told you it would stop.

(Cut to)

CORDELIA: (to phone) Wesley? Where are you? Are you there? Wesley? Uhh! Where are you guys? God. I don't, I don't know what I should do. I had a vision. It's Gunn. He's in trouble. I-I think it's bad. God, where are you guys? I don't know what to... Okay, I'm going over there. When you get this message, get Angel and meet me at Gunn's, okay?

(Heads for the door, stops.)

CORDELIA: I need a weapon. (Takes axe, shoves it in purse) Okay. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die.

(Cut to - Gunn's place. Cordelia jumps out of car. Runs in. Axe in hand.)

CORDELIA: Gunn?

(She sees Gunn fighting, runs in and hits his oponent from behind.)

GUY: (holding head) Ow!

GUNN: Are you crazy? What the hell are you doing?

CORDELIA: Saving you from a killer demon!

(Laughter. Cordelia turns, Gunn's gang is sitting, watching.)

CORDELIA: Not a demon?

(Gunn shakes head.)

CORDELIA: Then I didn't just save your life? (Gunn *looks* at her) Right.
