(Cut to Angel defending himself from some snake-like appendages attacking him from above.)

ANGEL: It's about time!

DOYLE: (Tossing sword to Angel) Not a lot of enchanted sword smiths open on Sunday.

(Angel slices off a tentacle, then slices into the belly above him. Clear green liquid splatters down.

ANGEL: Make sure you cut up all the limbs and both heads this time. Remember to bury the parts *separately*. (Tosses sword to Doyle) I don't want this thing coming back to life again.

CORDELIA: That's it?

ANGEL: I'm gonna go clean out the nest. I'll see you back at the office.

CORDELIA: Okay, am I wrong in thinking that a *Please* and *Thank you* is generally considered good form when requesting a dismemberment?

DOYLE: He appreciates us, in his own…unappreciative way.

CORDELIA: (taking knife out of bag) You know what I think? I think he *uses* his tortured creature of the night status as a license to be rude and insensitive! (A tentacle wraps itself around Doyle's neck choking him.) Sure, he's polite to the helpless and thedowntrodden, but he ignores the people that are the closest to him, the people that matter the most, you know? (Doyle is still being choked) Can you say clueless?
