BUFFY: Dawn?

DAWN: (not taking her eyes off Joyce) Is she cold?

BUFFY: (whispering) It's not her ... it's not her ... she's gone.

DAWN: (frowns slightly) Where'd she go?

(Dawn lifts her hand and reaches out, very slowly. Close shot of Joyce's head with Dawn's hand moving slowly toward her cheek. The picture goes to black just before Dawn's fingers touch the body. )
