(inside church)

Vampire: You think we're afraid of you? We're not afraid Of anything anymore.

FAITH: Then let all these people go, and all three of you can take me on.

Vampire: Heh. I got a better idea.

(He attacks. Faith fights him and the other vamps, stakes one, another flees outside. meanwhile, the people flee to safety. The fleeing vampire bumps into Riley, who forces him into the sunlight for a speedy dusting.)

RILEY: You forgot your coat.

(Buffy-in-Faith runs up to him)

BUFFY: Riley.

(she hugs Riley.)

RILEY: Ohh. It's ok, miss. Just get yourself out of harm's way.

BUFFY: Riley, it's me. Uh. Never mind. How many are in there?

RILEY: Well...who are you?

(Inside the last vampire breaks the stake lose from Faith's grip and throws her back against a pew.)

Vampire: I have strength you couldn't dream of. Adam has shown me the way, and there is nothing --aah.

(He turns to dust. Buffy is standing there with a stake. Faith leaps to attack. They fight for a while)

BUFFY: You can't win this.

FAITH: (enraged, with tears in her eyes) SHUT UP! Do you think I'm afraid of you!?

(screaming at Buffy in her own body as she beats her)

FAITH: You're nothing! Disgusting! Murderous bitch! You're nothing! You're disgusting!

(she's crying by the end of her diatribe. Buffy reaches up, clasps her hand, which glows as they switch bodies. Faith runs off and Buffy sits, not giving chase.)
