(Spike enters his new apartment to find Lindsey there waiting for him)

LINDSEY: See you found the market.

SPIKE: Thought this was a single. Didn't know I was gonna have a bloody roommate.

LINDSEY: Just checkin' in. Keeping tabs. It's kinda what I do.

SPIKE: Yeah, well, I don't need a baby-sitter, so, um, bugger off.

LINDSEY: You this prickly with all your friends?

SPIKE: I'm soft on the inside.

LINDSEY: Spike... things would— Things would go a lot smoother if you—

(he holds his hands to his head, pained)

SPIKE: Oh, bloody hell. What was that about?

LINDSEY: (panting) I just had another vision.

SPIKE: Oh, great. Look, don't expect me to jump every time you've got one of these vision thingies.

LINDSEY: Oh, no. I think you're gonna want to jump on this one.
