DOCTOR: How we feeling today?

(Wesley looks at him.)

DOCTOR: I know it's been very rough but I do have some good news. There no longer seems to be any sign of infection or rebleeding in the wound and the swelling's gone down. We can stop worrying about your airway becoming compromised. I'm gonna to release you later today. Is there someone who can pick you up? A friend or a family member we can call?
