BUFFY: See if it says anything about a tribute.

WILLOW: A tribute? Like what?

BUFFY: I don't know. My source is all tapped out.

SNYDER: (to Ethan) She whupped you good, huh? Yah! Wah! I can do that. I took Tae Kwon Do at the Y.

BUFFY: No, no. It's definitely a demon. A big one.

(Giles points his Baretta at Ethan, who was reaching for a crowbar)

GILES: I wouldn't.

(Buffy knocks Ethan out, Giles continues to aim the gun at him)

BUFFY: Giles, give me the gun. (he doesn't) Giles... (still doesn't) Now! (reluctantly gives in)

JOYCE: (holding out phone) Uh, it's, um, it's Willow. She wants you real bad.

BUFFY: Uh-huh?

WILLOW: Okay, Oz just found it. 'The tribute to Lurconis is made every thirty years.' I-it's a ritual feeding. A-and this one's late, so it's probably, you know, a big meal. Oh. And... Oh. Lurconis eats babies.
