(Wesley & Fred lay on her bed)

(Fred is convulsing, and Wes strggles to inject her with something to calm her)

(Watching her in agony, unable to do anything about it, Wes is cracking)

(she goes still as Wes holds her in his arms)

WESLEY: Please... Please...

(He hugs her, crying. Her eyes glaze over like they've frozen. Suddenly her body convulses, sending her flying in one direction and him in the other. When she stands up, she has become otherwordly, blue haired, etc)
