Plot Highlights:

Angelus nearly kills a flu-weakened Buffy; Xander, Willow & Cordelia intervene. Buffy is hospitalized. Joyce extends sympathy to Giles over Jenny. Angelus stops by, turned away by Xander. Buffy suspects badness. Cordelia distracts a security guard while Xander researches. Suspect doctor is shredded. Cordelia's research turns up Der Kinderstod. Buffy makes herself sick so she can see & fight it. Buffy, Xander & Willow take advantage of Joyce.
