<Episode 134: Potential>

Buffy & Spike train the potentials while Dawn wrestles with identity issues.

Plot Highlights:

Buffy lectures at the graveyard. Buffy lectures in the basement. Buffy's sub-text rapidly becomes text while counseling Amanda. Willow learns there's an unknown proto-slayer living in Sunny-D. Andrew argues that he's like Vegeta. Willow's spell identifies Dawn. Field trip to demon bar, running into Clem. Dawn runs into Amanda. Buffy lectures in a crypt. Dawn & Amanda face a vampire. Potentials battle their own vampire. Dawn realizes she's not a proto-slayer. Proto's congratulate each other. Xander makes Dawn feel better.

Memorable Moments:

• Andrew comparing himself to Vegeta (who would eat him for lunch) and dancing for snausages. Mmm, Vegeta! (sidenote: okay experts, correct me if I'm wrong, but Andrew's "used to be pure Saiyin" seems to me a goof, 'cause Saiyin is an alien race, not a synonym for Evil. And Goku is pure Saiyin too...)
• The potentials dismay at realizing the bar didn't stock goodies for the discriminating underage (human) palate.
• Clem's face-explosion.
• Xander's têt-a-têt with Dawn regarding their mutual position as side-kicks.
