Memorable Moments:
- Xander confessing that he messed up big time by leaving Anya at the alter to Willow & Buffy
- The Doctor describing Buffy's delusion (aka the BtVS premise) and implying that the nerds' patheticness symbolizes the coming apart of her make-believe world.
- Buffy telling Willow about having been put in a clinic when she told her parents about the vampires she saw back when she was first called.
- Spike sharing his assessment of Buffy's problem with a mute Buffy, declaring that her misery is self-inflicted because she won't reach out to her friends.
- Buffy's chillingly going about subduing her friends; her slightly maniacal "that's ridiculous" at the notion of being a super hero.
- Buffy beating her head against the wall in the asylum, and then finally calming as Joyce's words get through to her; her last "good-bye" to her mother before returning to reality.
