Plot Highlights:

Buffy works out with puffy Xander. Joyce preps for a date. Anya & Tara discuss the internet. Spring break party: Buffy & Ben flirt, Spike shows up, & then goes out the window compliments of April. Scoobies agree April's a robot. Joyce returns from her date. Spike tries to clear his name. Buffy tracks Warren down, they find April. April powers down. Spike places an order. Buffy finds her mom.
Quick Review:

I Was Made to Love You is what I consider a solid middling episode; nowhere near the pinnacle of BtVS greatness, but not falling sub-par either. April the love-lorn robot herself is just a little too pedestrianly pathetic (and a lot too chirpy!) to be very interesting or engaging, but she makes a good jumping point for all sorts of ruminations about love & dating and particularly about where exactly Buffy & Riley faltered. Among other light-but-entertaining scenes (see Memorable Moments below) we get some very sweet and funny domestic Joyce/Buffy/Dawn moments, making the trauma of the last few minutes just that much more, well, traumatic. With a remote control handy to zap those perky "Warren? Have you seen Warren?"s it's worth re-watching for the nice character interactions (see below) and as a fluffy antidote to the tear-jerking doom and gloom to come.

Puffy Xander (in a protective padded body suit) comforting Buffy.
Buffy & Dawn getting Joyce to spin to show off her dress.
Anya as font of internet wisdom.
Giles' traumatic experience hanging out with Dawn listening to teen-pop, eating cookie dough & discussing boys.
Joyce teasing Buffy with hints that she had a little too much fun for a first date.
Spike trying to clear his name with the Scoobies, only to have Giles go all Ripper on him.
Buffy trying to comfort the low-battery April as she slips away, and taking away a few lessons about what not to do in love.
Buffy finding Joyce lifeless on the sofa.

What can I say, tomorrow's my birthday and I was feeling festive ;) April herself was so chipper and the Spring break party so colorful that I thought I'd do something sparkly and full of smiles for a change. So very pink!
