Si avvicina la data della consegna degli Emmy, gli “Oscar” della TV, anche quest’anno caratterizzati dall’assenza molto discussa di “Angel” (unico show della Mutant Enemy presente, visto che si parla di stagione TV 2003/2004).

Un giornalista, Gary Sherwood, annoiato come moltissimi dalle solite nomination e dai soliti vincitori, propone le sue candidature, che premiano telefilm meno ingessati (e banalmente celebrati), come “Angel”, “Gilmore girls”, “Arrested Development”, nonché “Simpsons” e “South park”, snobbati perché sono “solo” dei cartoni animati.
