Billy was the Congressman Nathan Blim's nephew. He had the power to touch a man and it would create such hatred in women that that man who was touched would attack any woman whom he thought violated him in any way. He was released from a fiery prison by Angel, to relieve Cordelia from life threatening visions. One of Wolfram & Hart's clients, part human and partly demon. He was killed by Lilah with a couple of bullets.

Brian is a zombie. He was stalking his ex-girlfriend because he wanted them to get back together again. His ex-girlfriend, Alison, called the Angel Team on him. Though when they began talking they got back together.

Well cops themselves aren't really evil. These were zombie cops. Dead cops were re-animated by the captain of the precinct, as he didn't want his precinct to look bad after all of the murders and rapes that went on there. So he got a super army of cops. However the captain got slightly out of control and commanded his zombie cops to go attacking most of the youths on the street. One of them shot Wesley, and all of them attacked Anne's shelter. They were all re-animated with the power of a statue. Angel broke the statue and they turned into the corpses they always were.

Drogyn

Not really evil, but not human. Drogyn is the guardian of the Deeper Well (An ancient burial ground in the Cotswold's in England.). He is a thousand year old demon warrior given his post years ago. Apparently many hundreds of years old, he appears to look like some knight from old ages. But he's only been the keeper of the Deeper Well, for only a few decades. Him and Angel seem to also know each other from some point in time. He also can't lie, and so doesn't like questions put to him. He was killed by Angel just after being tortured by a group of elite assassins called the Black Thorn. Drogyn was used by Angel, so that the Black Thorn would accept him.

Eve

Eve seems to be a lawyer of some sorts at the LA Branch of Wolfram & Hart which Angel Investigations have currently taken over. She's Angel's liaison to the senior partners. She was in fact a child of the senior partners, created by them so they could have someone to watch over Angel. To be his eyes. So Eve was in fact non human, but an immortal. However the senior partners felt that Eve was distracted to easily and so a new liaison was brought in. Eve signed away all of her duties to the new guy, Marcus Hamilton, including her immortality.

Half human and half demon, the groosalugg was born and brought up in Pylea, the Host's dimension. And being part human he was cast off, and him thinking it was bad to be part human (cow) he entered countless contests to end his life. But he won every single one of them, and earned the name Grooselugg the great. He was ordered to mate with Cordelia to take the burden of her visions off her, and so the priests of Pylea could use them. However this did not happen, and he ended up fighting Angel to the death, but no one died. When it came for Cordelia to return to LA, she gave her throne to Groosalugg, and he ruled over Pylea.

Loa is a giant talking hamburger, he was conjured to speak by Wesley after Wesley got the necessary things needed to conjure him. Loa is a powerful being, similar to the Oracles, Wesley tries to find out the truth about the prophecy about Angel and his son. He gets his question and answer and Loa subsides again.

This woman is human, mostly. She specialises in dimensional magic, has blue hair and eyes. One of the drawbacks in dealing with dimensional magic is that she has a tendency to portal all over the place, in a click of a finger. She's a friend of a friend who knows Lorne. She was called in to seal the dimensional hole in the lobby of the Hyperion. After that, she was gone.

Mrs. Pearson was a poltergeist who haunted Cordelia's new apartment. She would make people commit suicide, always women. She was killed by her dead son's phantom, Dennis. Cordelia was at first weakened by what Maude was saying, and Cordelia was put in some deep despair. But once she was called "bitch" Cordelia turned back to her old self and told the ghost to get lost, and she did.

These creatures are completely translucent. They resemble a cross between a slug and a lobster. They arrived in the Hyperion due to the thaumogenesis spell that Angle did to help find his son. They infested the entire hotel. When a person crosses this pests path, the slug goes down the throat of the person and drinks every last bit of moisture in it's human host, until the host is as dry as a bone. They were all killed off when Cordy grabbed one and she started to glow, emitting a bright white light through the whole hotel, destroying them all.

The White Room at Wolfram & Hart seems to be a place where you can get pretty much all the answers you need. Angel went there to find out about Sahjhan. There was a girl who seemed to be the person behind everything in the white room. Though she looked young she was not, she knew a lot about the past and she knew about the present. Though she looked human it is most probable that she isn't. She was killed by The Beast after it got into Wolfram & Hart and sucked her essence out. This girl was Meseket, one of the Totems of the Ra-Tet, one of different incarnations of the God Ra.

Okay so they may not be demons, but they're pretty darn evil. Wolfram and Hart are a huge lawyer's firm. There clients usually tend to be doing business for them too, so they need pretty good lawyers to get away with the things that they do.
