 The stake, made of wood, carved into the
typical pointed shape and used to kill vampires by pointing it directly
through the heart of the vampire. Though any substitute made of wood can
be used as a stake, as long as there's enough force behind it to go
through the vampire, things like pencils, wooden poles, sign posts.
Kendra, a past slayer, had one which she named Mr. Pointy.

vampires, when touching a holy bible the vampire's skin begins to burn

which he always likes to use, uses it for decapitation, straight through
the body and any kind of maiming which needs to be done. It's very sharp
and very lethal in the right hands. |

 Faith was given this knife by Mayor Richard
Wilkins III as a present. Faith called it a thing of beauty.
After a meeting the the Scoobies Faith lost her knife while killing the
spiders of gavroch. Buffy then used it to stab Faith and put her in a
coma. The knife is called Jackal, and can be bought from specialist
sellers. |

 Magic is a common source of weaponry, it can
be used to do pretty much anything, so long as there is a powerful
source from where the magic is coming from. It has been seen in both
BtVS and Angel on numerous occasions. |

 Guns aren't such a common occurrence but they
are used if the adversary is human or has similar weaknesses. Bullets

it was used to defeat The Judge, a demon, which it was claimed, no

Charles Gunn by some of his old vampire fighting pals. Completely hand
made out of bits of metal, but very strong and durable and Gunn's killed

It's a stake, a sword, a grapple hook, anything you want it to be. Seems
to be the Swiss army knife of weapons and is handy in any situation. It
