 Anthony Stewart Head
Anthony was born on February 20th 1954 in Camden Town, London,
England. He grew up in Hampton, which was near London. He's the youngest son of his parents, Seafield Head (a documentary filmmaker) and Helen Shingler (an actress). He has an older brother named Murray. Head has a girlfriend, named Sarah Fisher (they've been living together for the past 15 years). They met each other when he was 28 and she was 18. She's a former theatre administrator, but nowadays she's an animal trainer. They have two daughters, named Emily Rose (born 1989) and Daisy May (born 1991). Besides acting, Head is also a good singer. In 1983, he was in a band named 'Two Way'. The band released a 45 single with three
songs, produced by Richard Dodd and Ron Roker.
Anthony has a tattoo on his back, on his left shoulder. He's appeared in
a series of Nescafe adverts in the UK in the 1980's. The adverts were
re-edited for use in the USA to be used for the Tasters adverts. |

 Rupert
Giles
Giles, as he is most commonly known, was born to a long line of
watchers. He was brought up to be a watcher, but when he was young he
would have preferred to have been a fighter pilot or a grocer. He
attended Oxford University where he studied history and made a life long
friend Ethan Rayne, the two of them amongst others, practiced dark
magic. When Giles left England he headed for Sunnydale, Los Angeles to
act as Watcher to new slayer, Buffy Summers, but also be the school
librarian for Sunnydale High. At first he found it tough to work with
Buffy Summers but they soon became a good team and developed a
father/daughter relationship unbeknownst to either of them. While at
Sunnydale High Giles also got to know another teacher, Jenny Calendar
the IT teacher. At first the two were at logger heads, with Jenny into
computers and Giles with his books. They saw past their differences and
got to like each other for who they were and soon a relationship was
formed. But it wasn't long lasted before Jenny was killed by Angelus.
On Buffy's 18th birthday a test was being performed on both watcher and
slayer, Buffy passed but Giles didn't. The council didn't like how Giles
had a more fatherly relationship to Buffy than that of a Watcher, so he
was subsequently fired from the council of watchers, but continued to
look after Buffy. However his job as school librarian didn't last much
longer as the school was blown up to kill a rather large demon. For a
year he lived as a gentleman of leisure, but he soon found an interest
in retail and reopened a magic shop after it's previous owners were
killed. The called it The Magic Box and made himself a partner, with
Anya. Unfortunately Buffy soon died saving the rest of the world, and
Giles no longer saw the point in staying in Sunnydale so he went back to
England. When Buffy was resurrected he returned but again didn't stay
long as he knew however long he stayed Buffy would never do anything for
herself. So he left but made a brief return later that year when
Willow's use of magic was out of control.
After helping Willow recover Giles returned to Sunnydale when things in
Sunnydale and all over the world got pretty bad. He returned to
Sunnydale to help Buffy and the rest of the gang. But now as the
hellmouth is destroyed... not sure what he's doing.
