Absalom

Absalom was somewhat of a religious vampire. He was very much into the path of a vampire and was looking after The Anointed One after the Master was killed. He also planned to raise the Master once again. However his plans fell through when Buffy returned from LA. Absalom was going to use the blood from Willow, Giles, Jenny & Cordelia to rebuild The Master. Buffy came to the rescue, with Angel & Xander's help and set fire to Absalom.

Dracula came into town in his coffin, in his special pile of dirt. He is said to be one of the oldest vampires ever. Likes his comforts and luxuries, and so when in Sunnydale took the nicest pad around, a big "honking" castle. He has the ability of mind control, reading minds and turning into other forms, i.e. animals. He uses his mind control to get his victims. He prefers to have a connection with his victims before he turns them. This is what he did to Buffy. He lured her in and tasted her. She couldn't fight it at first but then her true inner slayer spoke to her and she managed to defeat him. But her reformed and Buffy slew him again...and again...

Drusilla has made into a vampire by Angel, after he killed her entire family and drove her crazy, literally. In her vampiric form she traveled around Europe, killing and slaughtering innocent people. Until she came to Prague where she was almost killed by an angry mob, but saved by Spike. Spike and Drusilla then went to Sunnydale, where Spike tried to return Drusilla to her full strength, and he did. Now she's left Sunnydale and Spike...twice. Now she's in LA, along with Darla, causing havoc mainly for Angel.

Spike is a bit of a misfit. He isn't pure evil as he was before, as he has a chip in his head which stops him hurting anyone who's not a demon. But he is known to turn his back on the Scooby Gang, when he wants. You can make your minds up about Spike, but really he's just a "cute fluffy bunny!"

Eddie

Eddie was a student at UC Sunnydale. A freshman at the same time as Buffy and taking the same psych course as her. After bumping into him one night trying to get home he was kidnapped by a group of vampires working the halls. He was taken and turned and then used as bait to lure Buffy out. Buffy fought him and staked him.

These brothers were particular violent people, before they were vampires, they wiped out an entire Mexican village. As vampires they were also pretty ruthless. they came to Sunnydale looking to kill the slayer, but their butts got kicked, and Techtor was unfortunately (yeah right) killed by mother Bezoar. Lyle decided to wreak some revenge returned to Sunnydale to take part in Slayerfest '98, but here he lost his wife and some more pride.

Jesse

Jesse was once Xander's long time best friend. They were inseparable, until one night Jesse was bit by a vampire and sired. Though he didn't live long as a vampire. A couple of nights. The night of Luke's big feast at The Bronze, Jesse appeared and was killed by Xander.

Justin was one of Janice's boyfriend's friends. On one Halloween night Janice and Dawn went out with Zach and Justin. Dawn and Justin were getting along really well. However when Dawn began to kiss him he turned into his vampire form and Dawn ran. She later had to stake him herself before he fed off her.

Kakistos is another old vampire like The Master. But unlike the Master instead of being bat like he is more animal like, his hands resemble hooves. He came to Sunnydale soon after Faith, and we learn that he killed Faith's Watcher, and Faith was the one who made him lose one of his eyes. Kakistos liked to torture his victims a lot. Faith killed him, when she pulled up enough courage to.

Harmony Kendall

Harmony was a Sunnydale High student until graduation day where she was turned into a vampire. She re-appeared in Sunnydale as Spike's girlfriend. Until she dumped him. She tried, in vain, to be Buffy's arch nemesis but no one took her seriously, even when she had herself a gang of vampires. She then again hooked up with Spike, but again it fell through. She left Sunnydale for LA where she bumped into a certain Angel.

Zachery was a particular nasty vampire. Totally insane, he was sent to an asylum for torturing women. On Buffy's 18th birthday she had to pass a test, fighting without her slayer powers. The Watcher's Council chose Zachery. But they really didn't know who they were dealing with. Zachery broke out of his box which he was kept in, and headed towards Joyce, and kidnapped her. Buffy set out to find Zachery and her mother, and bring her back alive. She was harmless without her slayer powers, but when Zachery was in need of his pills, Buffy gave him Holy water, and he burned from inside out.

Luke

Luke was one of The Master's favourite vampires. He seemed to be a fairly old vampire, in terms of vampire ages. He was destined to be used as The Master's vessel. On a certain day Luke would feed, and in doing so he would feed The Master too. However on this great occasion Buffy was in town and slew Luke, by fooling him into thinking it was daylight and then staking him.

The Master was the most powerful of all vampires, but he couldn't get out into the human world, he could only act through his minions. The Master thought he killed Buffy, but she was revived by Xander, and then The Master was impaled, The Anointed One and his minions did try and raise him, but the plan was crushed by Buffy who ground The Master's bones, into a fine powder.

Sheila

Sheila was an unruly student at Sunnydale High, after a night out at her usual haunt she was picked up by Spike. Sired somewhere along the way, either Spike or Drusilla, it's never been clear, she then went after Buffy during parents' evening. But she was clearly no match and simply ran away.

Sunday had her own group of vampires who fed off innocent freshmen on campus. After she either fed off them or made them into a vampire, she stole the person's things from Sunnydale College, and left a note saying how the person couldn't cope. With the help of her vampire buddies. Buffy's first encounter with Sunday wasn't good, Sunday almost broke her arm. But after a pep talk from Xander Buffy went off and killed Sunday, in her lair.

Mr. Trick came to Sunnydale with Kakistos, looking for Faith. While his newest venture Slayerfest '98 was taking place the Mayor called him in and they had a working partnership. Mr. Trick hired people to try and get rid of the slayers, while the Mayor's hands were kept clean. This sharp dressing vamp usually got other people to do his dirty business but did have one or two encounters with Buffy. The other encounter with the slayer, as in Faith, he got dusted.

Vampire Willow and Xander appeared first in Sunnydale when life got a bit loopy, because of one of Cordelia's wishes. They were The Master's best vamps, the most deadly assassins. Vamp Willow was killed by Oz and Vamp Xander was killed by Angel. But this wasn't the last seen of Vamp Willow. She made a return, accidentally conjured by Willow and Anya. Vamp Willow was going to start a revolution, but the Scooby's got there in time to stop the massacre. Vamp Willow was sent back to her reality, but to be killed in an instant.
