Eliza Dushku Tattoo

Eliza got her very first tattoo in June 2006, during a trip to her father's homeland of Albania. The tattoo depicts the symbol of Albania, a double-headed eagle, as seen in Albania's flag. She was so impressed with everything she experienced during the trip that she says it makes her want to be an even louder and prouder Albanian.

According to Wikipedia, the eagle is derived from the similar seal of Gjergj Kastriot Skanderbeg, a 15th century Albanian who led the revolt against the Ottoman Empire that resulted in brief independence for Albania from 1443 to 1478.

The tattoo is located on her upper back, inbetween her shoulder blades and just under her neck.
