Faith, according to the Angel Casefiles, was born on December 14th.
Faith is a Sagittarius. (November 22 - December 21)
We simply do not agree, that Faith was born in 1980. Faith is the younger Slayer. This has been hinted on many times in the show, the first time being in Faith, Hope and Trick when Buffy talks about "my bestest new little sister". So, if Buffy was born in 1981, there's no way Faith was born in 1980.
We (along with most of you) estimate that she was born in 1982.

One thing that is stressed with Sagittarians, is that they are seekers of knowledge and highly intelligent. I'm going to assume that many will disagree with this when it comes to Faith. But don't be so quick to judge.
Faith is highly curious. She loves knowing the Who/What/Where and Why of things, HOWEVER she's not patient. Faith loves knowledge, as long as she can attain it fast. Otherwise, she couldn't really be bothered. This is something that will most likely change as she gets older and settles down a bit more though.
The fact that Faith dropped out of school means nothing regarding all this, by the way. That was more to do with her social background, and the fact she knew she wouldn't learn much about Slaying in the classroom.
Faith is also a deep thinker. She overthinks things, actually. No-one can say she didn't think out her plans to inlist Buffy's help regarding Kakistos, and Angel's help in trying to kill herself. Neither were 'simple' plans.
CHINESE ASTROLOGY - Dog
In the West, the Dog is man's best friend, but in Chinese Astrology this Sign is a little more unpredictable than that. Dogs are loyal, faithful and honest and always stick to their firm codes of ethics. (Faith pre-Mayor, cared about people and doing her job well. She cut short a relationship with 'Steve-Klepto' once she found out he was stealing. She does have a stong moral code (ironically). Seventh season saw her responsible re: SiT's and drinking)
However, this Sign has trouble trusting others. It's generally quite trustworthy itself -- except for the occasional "little white lies" the Dog tells in order to make things go more smoothly. (Faith trusted the SG, until the whole Gwendolyn Post episode that exposed the fact that Faith's trust was misplaced (sadly) with everyone).
The Dog makes a wonderful, discreet and loyal friend and is an excellent listener. (Faith was an excellent friend to Buffy re: Scott Hope)
This Sign tends to root for the underdog and its keen sense of right and wrong makes it duty-bound to the core. The Dog's mantra seems to be, Live right, look out for the little people and fight injustice whenever possible. (Faith's life as a Slayer)
Dogs don't go in for light social banter; instead, they go straight for home, expostulating on the topics that are most important to them. (Faith never beats around the bush. She's a straight shooter, and would love everyone to be straight with her, too.)
This Sign has trouble staying light and calm when an important issue is at stake. This Sign can also be very temperamental; mood swings characterize its emotional life and often the Dog needs to run off to be alone in order to recuperate. Part of the problem is the result of this Sign's load of irrational fears that turn into niggling anxieties that turn into hurt feelings and occasional grouchiness. This sensitive Sign needs to warm up to others over time and gradually learn to trust them. Without that trust as a foundation, Dogs can be judgmental and coarse. (Faith often had 'too much alone time' where she thought deeply about where she was in, not only in the Scooby Gang, but also the grand scheme of things. She did become deeply hurt at being left out of things and being ignored.)
In any forum, this Sign is happiest when able to be quite physically active; at home or at work. Dogs need to work on controlling their irrational worries.
