The Fic That Doesn't Fit

This is the place for the non Buffy/Angel or Willow/Xander fics.
The fact that these fics are the left-overs, the square pegs in the round holes, does not in any way mean they aren't as good.
If you say that you'll give them self-esteem problems.

WILLOW/OZ FANFIC

BITTERSWEET SURPRISE
--Nominated for a 1998 Golden Frog Award in the category of Best 1 Part Fic.

Willow POV post Becoming. She thinks about Buffy, Xander, Oz and life as she knows it.
A lot of angst...a little Willow/Oz romance.
Here's what one person had to say...

As if Becoming wasn't heart-wrenching enough, you come up with this exquisite fic about the pain and the loss of the whole thing. And I love the interaction between Oz and Willow. I think that's exactly how Oz would react in that situation. It was really an amazing story. I could NEVER find enough good things to say about it.-----Tracy

Willow and Oz also star in Musical Chairs

SPIKE AND/OR DRU FANFIC

PIECES

My version of how Dru became a vampire.
Involving a very bad Angelus and a young innocent Dru, it's not a happy ending type of story.
Here's what one reader had to say.....

Wow, that was powerful. I thought I couldn't feel bad for Dru, but I do now. I really enjoyed reading your story.----Andrea

INEVITABLE
-- Winner of Sandycat's Noir Award

Short Spike fic.
It involves Spike and Buffy...that's all I can say.

Awesome. Simply breathtaking. ----Annie

OTHER

NEW - LOVE/HATE

Buffy POV about Dawn post There's No Place Like Home.

WOW. That was a great little story there. An inner Buffy piece that examines an issue that has so been darned glossed over on the show. ----Nickle

ARCHIVE FIC SERIES

This is a style of fic originiated by Anya.
It is a method of giving information (usually to the Buffy-beta list) in story form.
Very silly, and since the information it's giving doesn't apply anymore, stupid.
But they're short so you might have a little fun with it.
They were meant to be read in order.

Stupid Is As Stupid Does
Rebecca worries that her story isn't in Anya's archive, and has a fight with Angel.

Our Little Secret
Angel and Willow read Rebecca's e-mail thanking Anya for putting her story up.

Caffeinated
Angel and Rebecca make up...sort of.
And talk about Rebecca's next project while under the influence of caffeine.

Ack!
Angel offers to help Rebecca out.

The List
Angel tries to remember which of Rebecca's stories are eligible for the Golden BBETA awards.
