When Buffy and Willow are discussing what Buffy told Riley about Faith, a guy in a stripy sweater walks by on Buffy’s left. A moment later, as the camera cuts to a different angle, he walks by again.

How does Faith know where Giles’s house is? She never went there.

When Faith is walking down the street after leaving the hospital, a couple walk behind her. The woman is wearing a blue jacket and pink scarf. As Faith walks, the couple walk from right to left three times. Then they walk from left to right.

When Faith crawls out of the grave, she takes a couple of small steps. In the next shot she’s several feet away from the grave.

When Buffy is making her speech about rescuing Riley, why didn’t Willow and Xander notice Riley coming down the stairs behind the Slayer?

The boom mic operator can be seen in a bush, just before Buffy sees the demon that Adam dissected. He’s to the right of the screen.

When Forrest confronts Riley as he’s trying to leave the infirmary, Riley’s shirt is further open in some shots than in others.

Adam puts a second floppy disk in his drive without having taken out the first.

Buffy takes the bandana out of her hair and wraps it around Riley’s hand. A few moments later, she’s wearing it again. The bandana appears and disappears throughout the scene.

Riley points at Forrest with his left hand as he says, “You better not be saying what I think you’re saying.” In the next shot, Riley is pointing with his right hand.

The same shot of Giles looking concerned is used twice.

When Buffy describes what took place in the sewers, she says that the gate slammed down, and then she tried to use the gun. She actually used the gun first.

When the demon in the sewer knocks Buffy down, she falls in front of the gun, with her head to it. In the next shot, she’s shown to the right of it, with the gun near her left arm.

When Buffy is crouched over the map of the sewer system, her arms are crossed with her hands near her elbows. In the next shot, her hands are clasped together. In the next shot they are crossed again.

Spike has a hole in his t.shirt from where he was shot by the Initiative, but his coat has no hole in it.
