I saw it more as Tara helping Willow move in, not her moving in as well. We see later in the season as well that Tara has her own dorm room.

In the goofs for the episode “Family”, it was mentioned that Tara moved in with Willow in the episode “Real Me”. However, Tara did not move in with Willow until much later, if ever. In “Real Me”, Tara is helping unpack Willow’s things, in Willow’s own room. This is clear from the episode “The Body” when Willow is looking for her blue sweater, and asks Tara if it’s in her room.
