The four core Scoobies (Buffy, Giles, Xander and Willow) meet on campus at four compass points in Primeval. We see this recreated in the final episode Chosen, as the gang meet before they fight the First’s army.
In additon to this, they have a similar conversation to the one they have at the end of the series opener “Welcome to the Hellmouth”. Buffy starts this conversation with “So what do you guys want to do tomorrow.” And at the end of this Giles says “The World is Definitely Doomed” which is what he says at the end of “Welcome to the Hellmouth.” This is like the final wrapup of the series.

actually he says the world is doomed. they added in the definately in this episode as a call back to the very first one.
