 Tara always believed that she was part demon, due to some handy women-repression by the male members of her family. She purposefully messed up a demon-finding spell with Willow in Goodbye, Iowa, as she was ashamed of what she thought she was. Tara discovered in Family that her father had been lying to her, and she was just a normal human girl. |

I hated that about her family… in fact, I hated her family altogether. I love it when Buffy and the gang stand up to them. I was really swearing at the screen when Donny threatened Tara.

her cousin was so obnoxious!!!! i was like ‘MY GOD SHUT UP U COW’ buffy should have made an exception to the human killing rule and throw a huge axe at her head!!!!

I agree. But what gets me is…why was she helping them? She should have stood by Tara. The legend was that all the women in their family turned into demons when they turned 20. So how come they let her in on their secret?
