Anya overhears the couple singing about a mustard stain, but the next day (seen in the episode Once More, With Feeling), she was the first to ask if the singing was affecting just the Scoobies.

Anya’s hair in the Once More, With Feeling flashback is far lighter than it actually was in that episode.

Anya washes her hands vigorously before leaving the frat house, but when Willow sees Anya she still has a lot of blood on her hands. It doesn’t seem possible that she missed that amount of blood.

When Cassie falls down after her heart stops, her head is upright, looking up at the ceiling. In the next shot her head is towards Buffy and then up again towards the ceiling.

The booby trap was designed so that if someone opened the left hand door, an arrow would shoot at the right hand door, which seems pretty stupid.

When Buffy talks to the Principal after meeting Cassie, her neckline or necklace changes length and then changes back while she’s talking about getting a “heads up” when someone dies. The shirt also suddenly looks loose and baggy before quickly being tight again.

Buffy wipes her hands on her trousers after poking out Gnarl’s eyes. The trousers don’t seem to be dirty. Later, when she talks to Willow in the bedroom, we see that she has changed her top but not her trousers, which should have demon goo on them.

Willow’s skin and the amount of strips taken from it by Gnarl changes in different scenes.

When Xander and Buffy put Dawn on the couch, she is clearly face up as they begin to set her down. Yet the following shot shows her face down.

Spike ripped off the hideous blue shirt (which I’m still having nightmares about) he wore in last week’s episode saying the ‘disguise’ didn’t work. But he’s wearing it again this week. I know he’s insane, but still…

In the Bronze, Buffy puts her sword on Anya’s table. During the fight, the sword disappears and there are also fewer glasses on the table.

When Nancy tells the Scoobies about her ordeal, there is a white first aid box on the table next to Buffy, on her left. In the next shot, it’s gone without her moving it. Later she picks the box up from her right and places it where we saw it …

Xander seems surprised when Nancy runs into him, but he was walking in the direction of the hole and would have seen and heard all the commotion when her dog was eaten.

Why is Buffy’s private counselling office in such a public place? Kids who come to her can easily be overheard.

When we first see Spike in the basement, moving toward the rat, his reflection can be seen on the wall to the left of the screen.
