I was looking at that again and i was wondering why she would have changed tops. there is no reason for it. I thought it may have been a camera or lighting effect.

The change was too big to just be because of lightning. Besides, no other clothes seemed to change colour.

but why would she have changed tops for that scene? doesn’t make sense.

That scene was probably filmed a few days after the original sequence. That happens a lot and continuity photos are always taken to match up clothing/accessories/ hair etc. They just messed up a little this time.
