but I guess she had to be strong for Xander… and for Buffy & Riley… she didnt had any other choice actually

I also thought of this, and it’s not a natrual reaction in any way. The wound she have is lke 1cm square. That have to do some damage or give some kind of pain. She only says, Ouch!

I agree with Dawn. Also she was a demon for a long time….She was probably used to things like that.
