According to Xander, Halloween during Fear, Itself would be the second annual Halloween video screening, implying that the Scoobies watched videos the previous year. There was no Halloween episode in season three, so this makes sense. |

just cause there was no episode doesn’t mean halloween didn’t happen. these are real people with real lives that continue to progress even though we aren’t there to watch them. just cause we weren’t there to see the masters bones get barried doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
