This trivia isn’t entirely true. He is able to kill Buffy in season six when she comes back from Heaven (he doesn’t have a soul yet). And although it is arguable, he (or at least his demon) is responable for a some deaths in season 7. Although it is the demon, it is still Spike because technically in season 4 (when he has the chip put in) Spike virtually is that demon. Then the ‘demon’ Spike kills in season 7. It is all very confusing, I’m just saying there is that point of view.

When did he kill Buffy in season six?

I’m not saying he did, I’m saying he was able to though, remember: Her molecules were rearranged differently when she came back from Heaven so the chip didn’t activate when he hurt her. So he could have killed her if he wanted to. The trivia says he was unable to kill after Wild at Heart either by the chip or a soul and this is not true because neither a soul or chip stopped him from killing Buffy.

Sorry I don’t want to seem pedantic but the trivia says he’s disabled by love which is why he doesn’t kill Buffy in season 6. I didn’t say he couldn’t kill at all.

Wow, I could have sworn it had said either by the chip or by a soul, not love. My mistake!
