The front door of Buffy’s house changes in different episodes. In the season one episode Angel, when Buffy is trying to close her front door on The Three, you can see that the front door opens on Buffy’s right. In the season two episodes Inca Mummy Girl and Halloween, we see that Buffy’s door now opens on her left.
Later in season two, when Cordelia talks to Norman Pfister in Buffy’s hall in What’s My Line? (Part 2), you can see that the door handle of Buffy’s front door is on the left. But when Xander let Cordelia in the house in the previous episode (What’s My Line? (Part 1))the handle was on the right!

Well actually..the door isn’t moving…The only thing they did is flip the shot. This is commonly used in Buffy as I watched the shows. They usually do this when in editing it looks better when they flip the shot. It happens alot..only you can’t see it often…

Yes, I know there is a scene in S6 or S7 where Spike is getting on his motorcycle. If you look closely you can see the logo is backwards.

Oh, yeah. Flipping the frames is pretty typical.
Also, I imagine the Summers house has gone through a few front doors in seven seasons. They’ve certainly replaced the windows, the back door jamb, the living room furniture, the basement windows, et al ad nauseum often enough.
