In the episode “The Initiative,” Willow says to Riley, “She likes cheese… I’m not saying it’s the key to her heart, but Buffy… she likes cheese.” This is probably a reference to the episode “Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered” when Amy turns Buffy into a rat. |

Yeah, I don’t get that either. Also, there are TONS of cheese references in Buffy. See the forum thread “cheese” for wonderful insight from Cardboardy on this topic. It’s my favorite forum post EVER.

I think she means how Buffy was turned into a rat and later said “I remember begging you to undress me… And then a sudden need for cheese.”
