In That Vision Thing, Lilah hired a false-vision-creating, Fez-wearing demon to terrorize Cordelia. He gave Cordelia physically harming visions by exposing brain. After he freed Cordelia from her painful visions, Angel threw a re-bar through his brain, killing him. |
