The title of the episode Get It Done goes along with the seventh season theme of going back to the beginning. In the season one episode Angel, Buffy goes to hunt Angel down because she thinks he bit her mom, he says “let’s get it done”. |

I really doubt that this title has anything at all to do with that line, although there clearly are a number of instances of “going back to the beginning” in season seven.
