Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius

The show Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius has a Halloween episode titled, Nightmare in Retroville where the character Cindy dresses up as ‘Muffy, the vampire annihilator.’
What might be another reference in the same episode is when the character Carl (who turns into Dracula) puts a trance on ‘Muffy’ just like Dracula puts one on Buffy in Buffy vs Dracula.
