The TV show Lost has many Buffy ties. The season one’s third episode is titled “Tabula Rasa“, the same title as Buffy season 6, episode 8. Both episodes deal with a type of false “starting-over” scenario (tabula rasa = ‘clean slate’), Buffy and the gang forget who they are and their histories/hang-ups via a spell, while Jack, Kate and the Lost gang are given clean slates via the plane crash on a deserted island.
Additionally Buffy writer, David Fury is an episode writer for Lost and a co-executive Lost Producer and his ex-Buffy colleague, Drew Goddard wrote at least one Lost episode.
There are also a few actors from Lost who have appeared in Angel with David Boreanaz:
Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin, played Gavin Park, a Wolfram & Hart lawyer in Angel. Sam Anderson, who plays Bernard in Lost, played Holland Manners, CEO of Wolfram & Hart. Josh Holloway, who plays Sawyer in Lost, played one of the vamps that Angel stakes in the alley in the first ever episode of Angel.

I love Lost and it just cracks me up to hear David Fury’s voice on the commentary for their season 1 episodes!
