In the Wild at Heart commentary by Joss Whedon, Marti Noxon and Seth Green, Seth mentions that the stage direction for the scene when he is in his cage in the cemetery, waiting for the sun to go down and Veruca walks in was, “I want you to act like you’re just about to come on to acid. And you know that it’s coming and you feel all that tension and anxiety but it hasn’t happened yet.” |
