Rob Des Hotel’s favorite episode

Buffy writer Rob Des Hotel stated in The Monster Book, page 217:

“Phases is probably my favorite episode of the five we wrote. Oz just has an ability to pinpoint what’s going on and make it sound absurd. I think there’s a sweetness to him. In Phases, Willow comes up to him and says ‘Hi,’ and Oz says, “That’s what I was gonna say.’”
