A Scapula is a shoulder blade!
Actually, it was a “Scapular” which, in the world of Religion, is a religious symbol (embroidered on cloth or printed on paper) and worn around the neck. It is supposed to ward off evil spirits, but more generally. it’s used to remind us that we’re never alone. Willow makes the for the Scoobies using sulpher, that’s why they smell. Cordelia says the smell like “grandpa breath.”
