Walsh tells the Initiative boys in The I in Team that the Polgara demon is “Sub-T 67119″. Their numbering system must be all over the place as Spike was called “Hostile 17″ when he was captured by them. |

The identification for the Polgara demon may just be listing the species. Spike’s label was probably referring to him alone. ‘Cause he’s special. =P

Maybe Spike was the seventeenth to be, um, chipped ?

They hadn’t caught the Polgara demon yet so maybe they have a list of demons and then name them hostile ?? whenever they are actually caught and put in The Initiative.
