In the episode Restless (time: 19:18) while Xander is going in the back of the van he passes a window. Just as the window vanishes to the left side, you can see the bluescreen instead of the moving lane. |

I don’t think this is a goof. Part of Xander’s dream is that he and Anya are on a movie/TV-style set in the truck with the dodgy moving background behind them, so it makes sense that he sees a bit of bluie screen in his dream.
