 Dr. Wierick was the zookeeper at Sunnydale Zoo. He pretended to help Giles in The Pack after some students become possessed by hyenas at the zoo. I think the zookeeper was in fact named Dr. Wierick, which can be seen if you zoom in on his name badge in his first seen. It’s also been mentioned in a guide or script somewhere, I think.
