When Buffy fights the demons in the hell dimension, she’s wearing white trainers. Then when she climbs the rope to escape the dimension, she’s wearing cream canvas shoes.

      She probably changed them after splattering Ken’s gray matter all over them via her “impression of Gandhi.”
